Initially we wanted to create a movie within a music video, but the idea grew into a project in itself. We worked with 12 students from All Saints Catholic High School, Outwood Academy and Sheaf Training to create a short movie.
After the initial meeting the students decided that they wanted to create a film for young people by young people to raise awareness of knife crime, but to stay away from your classic and rivalry movies. The project covered: Planning, story board writing, scripts, acting, recording and editing.
